intensive programme

hey....I heard that some cut off marks are required in Physics,Chemistry and Maths to prevent from having the intensive programme.Can anyone please tell me whether those marks considered will be of JEE or some test that we will have to take after coming into IIT at the start of the semester(if so, then should we revise the things we studied for JEE?)?

No, there is no preparation required whatsoever. There will only be a very basic english test, which required no preparation. There is no test in PCM. Your JEE marks need to be above a certain pre-determined cut-off.
