filling of forms

There are some forms given in 'important information '. what we have to do with that now? is it to be filled at the time of admission or before? and i dint had any of the vaccines, so when to take all vaccines coz 1 can't take all vaccines on 1 day.please reply fast

u can take the vaccination at the iit bombay hospital... and u can take the vaccine for typhoid and hepatitis A on the same day... so 1 day is enough for that...!!!
