Reddy Sir
- Referred to universally as "Reddy Sir", He is one of the most respected names in the swimming coaches fraternity, and probably the only one to have obtained a doctorate related to Swimming, at the Laxmibai National College of Physical Education at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
- An extremely dedicated and hardworking coach, he has nurtured several swimmers since they were little boys and girls into mature swimmers who go to the Nationals, reflecting the high percentage of nationally-successful-swimmers in the small group that he coaches.
- His summer camps get full on the first day they are announced, and some of these get motivated enough to join the intermediate camps later on.
- A very strict coach, he has a special knack for motivating and getting the best out of the young ones!
