1. Swimming Gala will be held on 2nd    & 3rd     February, 2008

1. Entry fees Rs.70/- per event, Rs.250/- per relay team.

1. Late entry fees Rs.100/- per event & Rs.300/- per relay team till Monday 14th Jan. 2008.

1. Outstation swimmers would like to avail accommodation in students hostels or in SAC rooms have to pay Rs.200/- per head per day alongwith the entry fees.

1. Outstation clubs may send entry fees by D.D. drawn in favour of President, Students Gymkhana, IIT Bombay.

1. No entries will be accepted without entry fees.

1. No spot entries will be accepted.

1. First 14 events are meant for exclusively for University/College (Jr. & Sr.) bonafied students only.

1. University/College students entry form has to be signed by head of the Institute/Sports Incharge failing which entry form will be rejected.

1. College/University students are requested to bring their I cards’s with them during the competition for verification.

1. Competitors may take part in their own age groups & open events only

1. Junior competitors must submit their birth certificate together with entry form.

1. A Club/University/College can send only one relay team separately for men and women.

1. Any event which is less than three competitors/teams are actually participating shall be cancelled.

1. Swimming events will be decided as time trails basis.

1. Please indicate the recent best timings alongwith event numbers in the entry form failing which no seeding will be given (xerox the entry form if you have more competitors).
