While submitting a complaint please enter the time of availability in the
description
You can use the 'Profile' feature in the right tab to save your details
and you won't have to re enter them the next time you make a complaint.
Once you submit a complaint you can see who it is pending with currently
in the 'Unsolved Complaints' section.
Once an authority marks the complaint as solved you will receive an email
notifying the same. To verify that the complaint has been solved please visit
the 'Pending with you' section and mark the complaint as solved or mark as not
solved if it hasn't been solved yet. You can also give feedback about the work
done. Only when you mark it as solved will the complaint be truly designated
as solved.
