We are excited to invite you to the Investment Team Freshers' Orientation, where you’ll understand how the team operates, what the recruitment process will be like and how you can begin your journey in the world of finance and investing. At the Investment Team, members explore finance through three dynamic verticals: Equity Research - Analyse sectors and companies using fundamental analysis and financial modelling, while understanding macroeconomic and fixed income drivers. Venture Capital - Explore India’s startup ecosystem by evaluating startups, studying emerging industries, and understanding how venture investors think. Quant - Build quantitative trading strategies and identify market patterns using tools like Python, Pine Script, and C++. Apart from research and analysis, the team regularly conducts internal workshops, seminars, and mentorship sessions with industry professionals, giving members valuable exposure to the finance and investment landscape. We also take on projects with our industry partners, allowing the Analysts to get exposure to working in a professional setting.
