About the Team The DAV Team is an academic division under the Undergraduate Academic Council (UGAC). Founded in 2018, we are an interdisciplinary team dedicated to analyzing institutional data in order to provide valuable insights and actionable solutions for the student community and the administration. Our core mission is to harness the power of Machine Learning and Data Science to inform policy development, while offering students hands-on experience with real-world data and enhancing their expertise in the field of data science. What We Offer Opportunity to work on real-world data science and machine learning projects Participation in hackathons and industry exposure Hands-on experience with institutional data and policy-level impact A collaborative and intellectually stimulating work environment Eligibility criteria - a) Must have completed at least one semester in the institute (Applicable for B.Tech/DD/B.Des/BS programmes) b) The candidate must have less than two active backlogs and CPI>=7 as of 1st April 2026. However, there is no CPI criterion for candidates without active backlogs.
