Finding Potential Biomarkers for Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) Explore gene expression datasets, identify differentially expressed genes, and investigate computational methods to pinpoint potential biomarkers. Proteomic Analysis of Antimicrobial Targets Apply protein analysis pipelines, interpret proteomic datasets, and study potential antimicrobial drug targets using computational tools. This is a great opportunity for students interested in bioinformatics, machine learning, data analysis, and computational research.
