We’re excited to announce the start of regular Calisthenics sessions, open to everyone looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and master bodyweight training. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in fitness, these sessions will guide you through structured routines including push-ups, pull-ups, squats, core training, and skill progressions like muscle-ups and levers – all with minimal equipment.
