Greetings everyone, The Institute Technical Council, IIT Bombay, is pleased to invite nominations for the ITC Cabinet 2026–2027. The Cabinet forms the core working team of the Technical Council and plays a pivotal role in shaping, strengthening, and expanding the technical ecosystem of the institute. Members of the Cabinet will work closely with the General Secretary, Technical Affairs, in planning and executing institute-level technical initiatives, supporting student tech teams, improving administrative processes, and building long-term strategy for sustained growth and impact. Nominations are open for the following positions: • Admin Nominee • Projects & Tech-Teams' Nominee • PG Tech Nominee • Strategic Relations Nominee Each role carries significant responsibility and ownership. The number of selections for each position is flexible and will depend on the overall strength, suitability, and vision of the applicants. Eligibility Criteria: 1.⁠ ⁠UG: Having completed a minimum of 5 semesters 2.⁠ ⁠PG: Having completed a minimum of 1 semester General Eligibility Criteria: 1.⁠ ⁠Candidates must have less than two active backlogs and CPI > 7 as of 31st January 2026. However, there are no CPI criteria for candidates with no active backlog. 2.⁠ ⁠The candidate must be a registered student of IIT Bombay as of 31st January 2026.
