It requires knowing your strengths, positioning yourself effectively, communicating your value, and being prepared to navigate the workplace. The Flourishing Hub invites students to a 4-module Career Readiness workshop series designed to help you discover your strengths, build your personal brand, prepare for interviews, and make a strong start at work. The 4 Modules:

• 24 August: Know Yourself
• 25 August: Position Yourself
• 31 August: Prepare Yourself
• 1 September: Launch Yourself

Through these sessions, students will learn how to assess and articulate their strengths, build a strong professional identity, network effectively, approach interviews with confidence, and prepare for their first 90 days at work.
