Greetings from the Institute Sports Council! We’re excited to announce that registrations for Zumba and Pilates classes are now open! Zumba is a high-energy fitness program that combines music with dance moves. It’s a fun and effective way to improve cardiovascular health, coordination, and overall fitness. Pilates focuses on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core stability, posture, flexibility, and controlled movement. It's great for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts.
