We are excited to invite you to Culinary Night 2026, where this year’s theme is "World on a Plate." From the street foods of Mexico to the delicate flavors of East Asia and the rustic heart of the Mediterranean, we are bringing the world’s kitchens to the heart of IIT Bombay. How it Works: No need to worry about grocery shopping! We have curated stations for different international cuisines. All ingredients and equipment will be provided by us. You just need to show up, pick a country, and start cooking (and eating!). Note: To ensure everyone gets a smooth experience at the cooking stations, participation will be handled on a First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) basis. We recommend dropping by early to head straight to your favorite cuisine counter!
