Dear All, The Hostel 5 Council invites all institute residents and staff members to participate in the upcoming Cycle Auction. Please find the details below: Dates: 11th & 12th October 2025 Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM Venue: Hostel 5 (beside Chaayos) Eligibility: All institute residents and staff members Base Prices: Non-gear cycles – ₹500 Gear cycles – ₹800 Important Points: Participants are encouraged to inspect the cycles before bidding. All cycles are sold as-is (Hostel 5 will not be responsible for repairs or maintenance). Payments must be made immediately after the auction via UPI only (details to be shared at the venue). A receipt will be issued for every successful payment. Winners must collect their cycles on the same day after payment.
