Join our Girls Weightlifting Workshop
Learn weightlifting and muscle training in a safe, supportive space
The workshop will be taken by Weightlifting Coach Vijay Sonigra, proper guidance will be given to each participant, and there are no pre-requisites, complete beginners are also encouraged to come and participate.
A total of 6 sessions will take place, all of the people completing each of the 6 sessions will have learnt all the following.
1)Warmup and Cooldown exercises
2)Muscle Training basics, along with proper technique
3)Power Movements like Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press
4)Weightlifting Movements like Snatch & Clean and Jerk
