It's time to take your Strength and confidence to the next level, with strong lifts, explosive power, and an athletic physique Join our Girls Weightlifting Workshop Learn weightlifting and muscle training in a safe, supportive space The workshop will be taken by Weightlifting Coach Vijay Sonigra, proper guidance will be given to each participant, and there are no pre-requisites, complete beginners are also encouraged to come and participate.
