Greetings from the Institute Sports Council! A very warm welcome to IIT Bombay. As you begin your journey here, we are delighted to invite you to the Gymkhana Facility Tour on 25th July. The tour is an opportunity to explore the diverse sports facilities on campus and get acquainted with the vibrant sporting ecosystem at IIT Bombay. You will also learn about the various opportunities to participate in Institute teams, inter-hostel competitions, and other sporting activities. We hope this experience encourages you to discover a sport you love and make the most of the facilities and opportunities available to you throughout your time at IIT Bombay. Tour Details Date: 25th July 2026 Schedule & Reporting Slot 1: 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM Institute Sports Conveners will arrive at the hostels around 1:40 PM. The tour will begin for students from Hostels 16A, 16B, and 16C (Floors 1-5). Slot 2: 3:20 PM - 5:30 PM Students residing in Hostels 15A, 15B, and 16C (Floors 6-10) are required to report directly to the Badminton Court by 3:20 PM. All students are requested to reach the Badminton Court on time to ensure the tour begins as scheduled. Institute Sports Conveners will be visiting these hostels to escort students and guide them towards the location safely.
