We are happy to inform you that Yogastha’s regular yoga classes will resume from 5th January, following the winter vacation break. We also warmly invite you to join us and begin the new year with balance, and mindfulness, with Heartfulness Meditation Sessions.

Regular Yoga Classes Resuming from 5th January
These are our ongoing, year-round yoga sessions conducted by the Yogastha instructor team.
Morning: 6:30 – 7:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Evening: 7:00 – 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Venue: Yoga Hall, 3rd Floor, New SAC (Opposite Hostel 11)

Heartfulness Meditation Sessions
In addition to our regular classes, Yogastha is hosting a special Heartfulness Meditation program on 7th, 8th, and 9th January.
Time: 6:30 – 7:30 PM

Venue: Yoga Hall, 3rd Floor, New SAC (Opposite Hostel 11)
Note: On these three days, the evening slot will feature Heartfulness meditation instead of the regular yoga session.
Regular yoga sessions will continue as usual after 9th January, during the morning classes.
Heartfulness is a simple, practical, heart-based meditation practice offered free of cost worldwide. These sessions will be guided by Dr. Sheetal Goyal, Dr. Balaji Aironi, and Dr. Sunita Singh, experienced professionals and certified Heartfulness trainers.
