We are officially opening selections for the Inter IIT 8.0 Culinary Arts Contingent, hosted by IIT Kanpur this year. This is your chance to turn your culinary creations into a winning legacy for our institute. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic chefs, home cooks, and mixologists to compete in the following exciting events: Competitions Await: Cook-Off: A true test of skill and spontaneity! You will have 2 hours to prepare two spectacular dishes using a fixed pantry and a surprise theme announced .Your creativity, taste, and presentation will be under the spotlight. Tag Team: Teamwork makes the dream work! In this high-energy culinary relay, you and a partner will switch every 15 minutes to create a single dish in just 1 hour. You'll need to think fast, cook smart, and seamlessly incorporate a surprise ingredient to win. Mixology: Shake, stir, and impress! You'll get 45 minutes to craft three unique mocktails based on a theme chosen by a lucky draw. The perfect balance of flavours, creative flair, and stunning presentation will decide the winner. How to Apply: To be considered for the contingent, we invite you to submit a portfolio that showcases your culinary journey. Your portfolio should be in a PDF or PPT format and must include: High-quality pictures of the dishes you have cooked so far.
