Dear Students, We hope you enjoyed the Mars Rover Team (MRT) Orientation! We are excited to announce the recruitment tests for our Electrical, Mechanical, and Software subsystems. MRT is a multidisciplinary, student-led team that designs robust rover prototypes tested in simulated Martian environments. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge projects, gain hands-on experience, and collaborate with passionate peers. The Electrical subsystem handles power systems, circuits, and sensors, working closely with other teams. The Mechanical subsystem builds the rover’s structure and mobility systems, addressing challenges like weight, stability, and motion. The Software subsystem develops algorithms for navigation, path planning, and autonomous control, integrating sensor data to guide the rover. Together, these subsystems bring the rover to life and offer a unique, collaborative learning experience. Date: Friday, 10 October Time: 8:30 PM – 11:30 PM Venue: LH 102, LC 002 Notes: Students may attempt one or multiple papers based on their interest. Ensure you fill out the Google Form before appearing for any test. Prerequisite: An open mind, curiosity, and enthusiasm. No prior technical experience is required!
