Mr. Panchal brings a wealth of experience in investment banking and strategic finance with over 30+ years in advisory, deal execution, and corporate strategy. He has previously served as Senior Practice Head at Tata Strategic Management Group, sits on the boards of several companies, is the author of the book “Define Your Orbit" and is currently an Executive Director at Equirus Group. Session Structure: (1) 30–45 minute presentation on trends and insights in mid-market M&A with a focus on Healthcare, Lifescience and Chemicals Industries (2) Interactive Q&A This session provides a networking opportunity and is ideal for students interested in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, strategy consulting, and M&A, as well as those looking to understand how mid-market transactions are structured and executed in practice. It will be especially valuable for students exploring careers in finance and strategic advisory. Note: People looking forward to joining the Investment Team in their upcoming 2nd year as Analysts or in their 3rd year as Division Heads are recommended to join the session, we’ll award brownie points to the participants for the initial screening rounds for the recruitments we’ll be beginning shortly.
