- Consumption of food inside lecture rooms is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in disciplinary action.
- Carrying your Institute ID Card at all times is mandatory.
- Maintain utmost discipline, silence, and decorum during these study hours. Any form of disturbance will not be tolerated.
- Tampering with infrastructure or benches is strictly forbidden.
- Any complaints from the PA system staff or fellow students may lead to revocation of this facility and disciplinary action against the individuals involved. This must be taken with full seriousness.
- Rooms will be opened based on the number of students present, to optimize power usage. If a room is required but found closed, kindly approach the LHC office staff (3rd floor, near the water cooler area).
- The last student leaving a room is expected to switch off all fans and lights and inform the operators on the 3rd floor of the LHC Building.
