As we prepare to celebrate International Day of Yoga 2026, in accordance with guidelines of Ministry of Ayush. Yogastha invites the IIT Bombay community to participate in two creative competitions and express their thoughts, experiences, and inspiration through words. Theme (for both competitions): Yoga for Healthy Ageing Competitions Duration: 09 June - 12 June 2026 Submission Deadline: 12 June 2026, 11:59 PM Eligibility: Open to all members of the IIT Bombay community. The theme highlights the role of yoga in supporting physical well-being, mental resilience, vitality, and healthy living across all stages of life. 1️) Poem Writing Competition: Express your thoughts and experiences through an original poem inspired by the theme.
