Greetings from Yogastha, the Yoga and Wellness Body of IIT Bombay.
We invite you to be a part of Project Shakti – For Her Health & Well-Being, a thoughtfully designed wellness workshop for empowering women. The workshop offers a holistic approach to women’s health by integrating physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being through awareness, yoga, and guided practices.
The workshop will include three focused sessions:
Session 1 – Interactive Talk & Games:
Understanding hormonal health and stress, common women’s health concerns, the preventive role of yoga, Panchakoshas, and practical insights on diet, lifestyle, and stress management.
Session 2 – Stress-Releasing Asana Practice:
A gentle asana session designed to open the body, release long-held emotions, and promote mental relaxation through mindful breathing.
Session 3 – Pranayama, Mantra Chanting & Yoga Nidra:
A deeply calming practice to cultivate inner stillness, improve focus, and release mental strain through the power of breath, sound, and vibrations.

The workshop is open to all women members of the IIT Bombay community, including students, faculty, and staff. No prior experience in yoga is required.
