Project Shakti: Women’s Health & Wellness Workshop

Namaste Everyone, Greetings from Yogastha, the Yoga and Wellness Body of IIT Bombay. We invite you to be a part of Project Shakti – For Her Health & Well-Being, a thoughtfully designed wellness workshop for empowering women. The workshop offers a holistic approach to women’s health by integrating physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being through awareness, yoga, and guided practices. The workshop will include three focused sessions: Session 1 – Interactive Talk & Games: Understanding hormonal health and stress, common women’s health concerns, the preventive role of yoga, Panchakoshas, and practical insights on diet, lifestyle, and stress management. Session 2 – Stress-Releasing Asana Practice: A gentle asana session designed to open the body, release long-held emotions, and promote mental relaxation through mindful breathing. Session 3 – Pranayama, Mantra Chanting & Yoga Nidra: A deeply calming practice to cultivate inner stillness, improve focus, and release mental strain through the power of breath, sound, and vibrations.
