Howdy Fellas!
We are excited to announce SciComp GC 2026, this time in a bigger and more expansive format! In addition to the usual physics and math-based computational problems, this year’s edition will also feature challenges from astronomy, chemistry, and biology.
The problem statements, along with the submission Google Form, will be released tonight at 8:00 PM. The deadline for all submissions is 22nd March, Sunday, 11:59 PM.
Participants will be given 5-6 scientific computing problems spanning diverse domains. The objective is simple: solve them using code. There are no restrictions on approach or programming language, what matters most is your ability to think creatively, experiment, and build effective solutions.
You may form a team of up to three members from your hostel. Get ready for some intense problem-solving, debugging, and late-night iterations!
