SoC is an invaluable opportunity to work on exciting Summer Projects that have long been on your checklist. It provides an incomparable opportunity to onboard your set of enthusiastic mentees and explore the cutting edge of technology while building projects that shine! To carry forward the culture of sharing the invaluable treasure of knowledge and experience, we invite mentors (Second Year and above) for SoC who have a strong technical foundation and a zeal to work on interesting projects across diverse programming domains. The following are some of the basic duties of an SoC Mentor: 1) Staying in touch with your mentees regularly. 2) Providing them with resources and a learning pathway for the project. 3) Encourage active participation and involvement of each mentee. 4) Conduct review meetings for updates and progress of the project. 5) Timely resolution of doubts and queries.
