Dear Students As part of our SOULCIAL initiative, this upcoming experiential workshop titled “Beyond the Mirror” invites participants to pause and reflect on their relationship with their bodies. In a world where appearance often shapes how we see ourselves, this session creates space to look beyond the mirror and explore the stories we carry about our bodies. Through conversations, shared reflections, and simple experiential activities, participants will have an opportunity to notice how body image influences thoughts, emotions, and everyday behaviours. The workshop encourages participants to look inward, question familiar narratives about appearance, and begin rewriting their body stories in healthier and more compassionate ways.
