Dear Students, The Undergraduate Academic Council (UGAC) is organizing a special interaction with the Director, Deputy Director, and Deans of IIT Bombay, exclusively for Undergraduates (BS/BTech/BDes/Dual Degree, etc). Date: Thursday 15th January, 2026 Time: 9:30 PM Venue: To be announced This engagement is a rare opportunity for UG students to directly interact with the Institute Leaders and raise policy-level, institute-wide concerns that influence our academic journey, research experience, administrative processes, and overall campus life. Why this interaction matters? Many institute policies are framed without sufficient structured interaction with UG students, even though UGs are deeply affected by them. This session aims to: - Strengthen two-way communication between UG students and leadership - Improve effectiveness of policies through student feedback - Enable better time usage and academic planning for UG students - Address systemic issues that impact efficiency, productivity, and well-being Your questions will help shape discussions that can lead to long-term institutional improvements.
