Namaste Everyone,
Following the energizing celebration of the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026, which includes the practice of 108 Surya Namaskar on 21 June, Yogastha is organizing cool-down yoga sessions to help participants gradually ease their bodies back into regular practice.
These sessions are designed to ensure proper recovery, relaxation, and balance after the intensive practice.
Session Details:
Dates: 23 & 24 June 2026
Time: 7 PM to 8 PM.
Focus:
• 23 June – 52 Surya Namaskar (moderate intensity)
• 24 June – 24 Surya Namaskar (light practice)
These sessions will emphasize controlled movement, stretching, and mindful relaxation to support both physical recovery and mental calmness.
We warmly encourage all participants of the Yogathon and the IIT Bombay community to join us for these sessions and continue the journey of mindful practice.
