Greetings from the Institute Technical Council, We are excited to announce “Tech Mentors” – an initiative aimed at connecting experienced members of the IIT Bombay Tech Community with enthusiastic UG Freshers. As a Tech Mentor, you will play a key role in guiding and inspiring the next generation of tech enthusiasts at IIT Bombay. Mentors are expected to help freshers navigate the vast technical ecosystem on campus, introduce them to different clubs, events, and projects, and help them identify areas where their interests and skills align. A Tech Mentor is not just a guide but also a motivator and a point of contact for freshers who are exploring their first steps in the tech scene. You may be asked to have one-on-one conversations, share your personal experiences, suggest resources to learn from, and connect mentees with relevant opportunities and communities within ITC.
