Dear General Secretary of Hostel Affairs, I am writing to you on behalf of the Telugu Cultural Association (TelCA), which operates under the auspices of Bharati - Federation of Cultural Associations of IIT Bombay. We are excited to inform you that we are organizing TelCA FEST’26, a cultural festival scheduled for 29th March 2026 at the Convocation Hall. The program will run from 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm, followed by dinner. The primary objective of this fest is to bring together the Telugu-speaking student community at IIT Bombay, fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. The evening will feature a variety of cultural performances, including dance and music, performed entirely by our students, alongside felicitation ceremonies. To ensure maximum student participation and engagement, we would like to request your approval to publicize the event on the Insti App. We believe this platform is vital for reaching the student body across all hostels.
