Greetings from Literati! We, at the Quizzing and Literary Arts Club of IIT Bombay, are proud to launch the first-ever IITB Quiz Open—a quiz experience like no other! This is not just another competition; it’s the start of a brand-new tradition at IIT Bombay, where the brightest minds will come together to battle it out for ultimate quiz supremacy. This quizzing festival will take place on the 19th of October, 2024, right here in our campus at the FC Kohli Auditorium. Here’s what we have in store for you: Three quizzes open to all IITB and external college students. The Major General Open Quiz is also open to non-college participants. Cross-institutional teams allowed—so gather your top quiz partners or go solo if you’re up for the challenge! Teams can have up to 3 members. Here’s the schedule: A H.E.L.M. (History, Etymology, Literature, Mythology) College Quiz Hosted by: Major Chandrakant Nair starting from 9:00 AM A SpEnt (Sports and Entertainment) College Quiz Hosted by: Ojaswi Jain and Tanmay Mehta (IITB Alumni) from 1:00 PM And finally the Major General Open Quiz Hosted by: Major Chandrakant Nair from 5:00 PM With ₹15K in prizes waiting for the sharpest minds, this is your chance to make history in the first edition of the IITB Quiz Open.
