This session offers a fresh perspective on Yoga, helping participants understand how simple practices can influence focus, clarity, energy, and overall well being.

About the Instructor:
The session will be conducted by Mr. Sugam Kumar, an experienced facilitator who has led wellness and Yoga based programs across academic, corporate, and community settings. With a focus on making Yoga practical and relevant for modern lifestyles, the instructor brings together experiential learning and a deeper understanding of attention, energy, and self regulation.
Whether you are completely new to Yoga or looking to explore it from a different perspective, this session offers an opportunity to learn, observe, and experience its impact firsthand.
