Greetings from the Institute Sports Council! IIT Bombay Aquatics Club is launching a long-term training and development program for the Institute Water Polo Team. This initiative aims to prepare players to represent IIT Bombay at Inter IIT, State Aquatic Championships, Mumbai District Meets, Aavhan, and other Tournaments. Camp Details Start Date: 15th October 2025 Duration: 5 days a week, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Location: IIT Bombay Swimming Pool Training Phases Phase 1 (First 2 weeks): Focused training for registered water polo players. Phase 2: Scouting and selection of the most promising athletes from the institute to continue long-term training. Prerequisites Should know freestyle and breaststroke. Average height range: 5'5" – 6'2". Must possess mental toughness and be willing to take up the training load. Students from volleyball, basketball, cricket, football and athletics backgrounds are highly encouraged to join.
