Yogastha is pleased to share that Heartfulness meditation sessions are being conducted every Tuesday evening at the Yoga Hall. These weekly sessions are open to everyone who wishes to experience meditation in a simple and practical way.

Heartfulness is a global meditation practice based on the ancient system of Raja Yoga. It focuses on heart-centered meditation techniques that help cultivate inner calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
