We’re excited to announce that registrations for Zumba and Pilates classes are
now open!
Zumba is a high-energy fitness program that combines music with dance moves.
It’s a fun and effective way to improve cardiovascular health, coordination,
and overall fitness.
Pilates focuses on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core stability,
posture, flexibility, and controlled movement. It's great for both
beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts.
Details of both the sessions:
Date: Starting from 31st October, 2025 (Friday)
Venue: Screening room, 3rd floor (New SAC, opp. Hostel-11)
Days: Mon-Wed-Fri (3 sessions/week)
Timing for Pilates: 5:30 pm to 6:25 pm

Deadline to register: 31st October, 2025 (Friday), 12:00 pm.
Important instructions:
- Sessions will begin promptly at 5:30 PM and end at 7:30 PM. No late entries or extended sessions.
- There is no refund policy (partial or full) once payment is made, as processing refunds can take several months.
