The Chemical Engineering Association (ChEA) was established in 1965 and ever since has been bridging the gap between the students, faculty and alumni of the ChE department. Over the years, the ChEA council boasts of several successful educational, informative and recreational events conducted almost entirely by the students with generous support from the professors and alumni. A plethora of informal events such as Valfi, Kurta day, Freshie orientation, fun sports events, graduation photoshoot, awesome treks and trips are conducted for the enjoyment of our students. We spread knowledge and awareness in the field of Chemical Engineering through forum discussions, sessions and meetings. We simulate collaborative efforts among industry, universities, professional societies and other chemical associations of India. The ChEA council inculcates brotherhood, co-operation and compassion amongst the members of the association. The legacy of the ChEA council and the close knittedness of its alumni are the most integral parts of our Association.
