What each member does

GSAA-PG

General Secretary of Academic Affairs (PG)

Represents all PG students in the PGPC, Institute Senate, and Library Committee, and oversees the council.

IDR

Institute Doctoral Representative

Assists the GSAA-PG and represents PhD students on academic issues at the institute level.

IMR

Institute Master's Representative

Assists the GSAA-PG and represents Masters students on academic issues at the institute level.

ISIR

Institute Secretary for International Relations

Coordinates outreach to international students and oversees their mentoring within PG programmes.

EM

Executive Members

Raises academic awareness across the institute and organises department-level sessions on curriculum and programme issues.

AURAA

Academic Unit Representative for Academic Affairs

Acts as the department-level node connecting PG students to the council and surfaces local academic concerns upward.

ACC

Academic Council Coordinator

Supports council operations alongside EMs and coordinates academic activities across departments.
